ROTTERDAM - The Schenectady County Legislature has joined the fray over Rotterdam's dueling land-use plan proposals, and the potential Wal-Mart affected by them.
On a night when the town's Planning Commission supported a land-use plan crafted by its residents, a legislator submitted a resolution that would commend the town's handling of the issue.
