Oct. 24--SAILIN-CENTER INC., T/A Touchstone Transport Engineering in Dover Township has been fined more than $2,900 for violating the state's Wage and Hour Law and Child Labor Law, New Jersey Labor Department officials said yesterday.
Dover Municipal Court Judge Jeffrey Roth ruled the company employed a worker under 18 without providing a 30-minute meal break after five consecutive hours of work, employed a minor who operated a power-driven machine and failed to maintain records of 14 workers.
